REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS:

PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES FOR

NEW ROBBINSVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The Graham County Board of Education (hereinafter “Board”) is accepting submittals for construction manager at risk services for a new Robbinsville Elementary School, to be construction on a land owned by the Board adjacent or near to the current Robbinsville High School and Middle School buildings (collectively, the “Project”).

The deadline for receipt of responses has been extended to Monday, March 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. A short list of firms will be determined, and the Board will interview the design teams with a selection being made in early April, 2025.
